1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon saffron
2½ cups low sodium chicken stock
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups short grain rice
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 piece lemon
1. Set the cooker on [Browning fry] level 4. Place olive oil, onion, paprika, garlic, saffron, pepper, and rice in the inner pot. Slightly sauté the rice mixture. (Approx. 5 mins)
2. Once finished, add stock and set the cooker on [Rice] for 20 minutes.
3. Once the cooker has finished cooking, open the lid and add seafood on top. Set the cooker on [Multi cook] and cook for additional 15 minutes.
4. Once the cooker has finished cooking, squeeze lemon and top with chopped parsley and salt. Serve.
