Lime juice: 2T
Chopped garlic: 2T
Chopped ginger: 1T
Sliced onion: 1/4c
Chopped serrano chile: 2T
White sugar: 1t
Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon
Low sodium chicken stock: 3c
Quartered chicken thigh & leg: 2 pieces
Long grain rice: 2c
Chopped garlic: 3T
Chopped ginger: 1T
1.Place rice, garlic, ginger, and stock into the pot and stir together.
Then place chicken on top of rice and set cooker to [RICE] for 50min.
2. To make the sauce place soy, lime juice, garlic, ginger, chile, and sugar and sesame oil into the bowl and mix together.
3. Once rice/ chicken is complete, spoon rice on to plate and place chicken on top of rice.
4. Spoon on sauce mixture and enjoy.
