Short grain rice: 2c
Low sodium chicken broth: 2 1/2c
Bay leaf: 1 piece
Chopped olives: 1/2c
Peas: 1c
Cilantro: 1/4c
1. Set cooker to [BROWNING FRY level.#5] and place oil, saffron, pepper, onion, garlic, bell pepper, rice, bay leaf and slightly toast the rice.
2. Once toasted add chicken, peas, and olives and set cooker to [RICE] for 50min.
3. Once finished place in a bowl and garnish with fresh cilantro and salt to taste.
TIP. Cheese it up and add your favorite cheese on top!
