Pumpkin diced: 2c
Heavy cream: 1/4c
Butter: 2T
White sugar: 1T
Salt: 1T
White pepper: 1t
Short grain rice: 2c
Vegetable stock: 2 1/2c
1. Place pumpkin into the pot and [STEAM COOK level.#5] for 20min.
2. Once steam removes from pot and mash mixture.
3. Rinse pot then add stock, rice and set cooker to [PORRIDGE] for 50min.
4. Once rice is finished, add mashed pumpkin, cream, butter, salt, pepper and stir until well incorporated.
5. Place in bowl and enjoy.
