1. Set cooker on [BROWNING FRY level.#6] and place oil, garlic, thyme, butter and flour and cook and stir until onions are clear. [approx..5min]
2. Once cooked place mushrooms and stock into a pot and set cooker to [SOUP] setting for 40min. once finished finish with cream and stir.
