Orange juice: 1/4c
Chopped garlic: 3T
Bay leaf: 2 leaves
Cumin: 1T
Oregano: 1T

Water: 1/2c
White sugar: 2T
Chopped onion: 1/4c
White vinegar: 2T
Cayenne: 1T
1. Set cooker on [BROWNING FRY level.#6] and place steak in the pot and begin to brown. [approx..4min on each side]
2. Once brown, place remaining ingredients into the pot and set to [MEAT] for 1hr.
3. Once finished remove from pot and let cool. Once cool slice and enjoy.
TIP. Carne Asada is best in tacos! So get some tortilla and enjoy.
