300g red lentils
4 cups water (720g)
60g canned tomatoes (whole), diced
160g no salt tomato paste
1 onion, minced
2 red pepper, seeded and diced
8 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1.5 tablespoon parsley powder
1.5 tablespoon oregano
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika chips
1/4 teaspoon red pepper powder
1. Place tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, red pepper in blender and puree.
2. Place all ingredients in the inner pot.
3. Close the lid. Select [Multi cook] using [MENU] button, and set the level to 7 and cooking time to 35 minutes. Press [COOK] button.
4. Once the cooker has finished cooking, sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top. Serve.
